Stop to late payment

Stop to late payment with penalty (you cannot go beyond the date of April 4, 2024 to report credit transfers). People with tax debts cannot cure the default. Municipalities are also controlling the situation.

The renovation bonus drops to 30% from 2028.
That is, it remains at 50% until the end of the year.
From 2025 to all of 2027 it drops to 36%.
After that, it drops to 30%.

The furniture bonus and the landscaping bonus should disappear starting next year.
The boiler bonus will also disappear, except for hybrid or electric ones.
Gas or natural gas bonuses will disappear.

All these measures are intended to drastically cut incurred expenses that amount to more than 122.6 billion euros.

Although, in 2022 alone, Italy saved 3 billion euros in out-of-country energy purchases; gas consumption was -17% between August 2022 and January 2024.
Better than what the RePowerEU May 2022 energy plan hoped for at the peak of the energy crisis ignited by the Russia/Ukraine war.

First in class in energy savings and first in class in spending.
We fixed almost half a million houses — equal to 4% of the total.

A little more than a drop in the ocean: a very expensive drop.
The purpose was honorable, but the results were bad.

So, if we want to make a dent in air pollution from harmful emissions coming from our homes, we need new ideas.

Even when we find the solution(s) to not be energetically dependent on fossil fuels or pollute by emitting CO₂ (I am thinking of new plants with nuclear power), the problem remains:
our building stock is energy-intensive and, more importantly, existing systems we use to heat our homes pollute. And pollute a lot.
